Stephen Brook
Tasting: Crus Bourgeois 2010
Gamey nose, tobacco, black cherries, quite evolved for 2010. Medium-bodied, fresher than the nose, quite charred but lacks some lift and persistence. Quite long, with a somewhat drab tannic finish.
Ronan Sayburn MS
Tasting: Crus Bourgeois 2010
Nose liquorice and blackcurrant, herbal and earthy, fresh acidity, graphite pencil shavings and damp rocks on palate, claean finish and good length.
Steven Spurrier
Tasting: Crus Bourgeois 2010
Some maturity on rim, quite ripe berry fruits on the nose and good ripe fruit on the palate, lacking a little clarity of expression, quite open and will mature early.
