Tasting: Crus Bourgeois 2010
Slightly jammy nose, cherry compote. Quite rich, plump, concentrated, and dense, with very firm tannins that seem a touch extracted and dour. There’s generous fruit here but it’s effortful, and it’s not entirely clear that they will soften with more time. Moderate length

Tasting: Crus Bourgeois 2010
Bright dense and fresh blackcurrant nose with graphite and a touch of cedar, very attractive, dense fruit, weighty palate with harmony and balance, will keep well.

Tasting: Crus Bourgeois 2010
Huge concentration of ripe black fruits plus a certain herbiness and spice, very rich and very plummy for Medoc, almost over-extracted, but will turn out OK, too much effort on extraction and oak lessens the potential elegance.
