Castel Fossibus
Manufacturer:
Rosemary George
Tasting: Languedoc
Deep colour, quite sweet – a curious floral nose. Confected note on palate and some fruit.

Tasting: Languedoc
Dense black-red. Lots of distinctively citrussy Languedoc Syrah dominates the nose. On the palate, this is a vivacious, perfumed and flamboyant: a total charmer. But there’s plenty of texture and depth, too, to lend the wine a chestnutty warmth and depth at the end. Not quite into Awards territory for me, but very highly recommended.
Simon Taylor
Tasting: Languedoc
Animal secondary notes on nose. Sour black cherry character – quite mature.
