Montfalette

Rather sweet and inky with a touch of oak. A bit stewed and sweet.

Tasting: Languedoc
Deep black-red. Slightly fatty scents: black fruits and mineral oil. On the palate, by contrast, this is rich but vivid, softly textured, with lots of coffeeish depths. I think the fattiness is probably oak-related: not wholly satisfactory. But the wine which has been put into the oak is excellent.

Medicinal nose- very Mourvedre. Quite tight and monolithic now, but this has real potential. Very pure fruit, backed by fine tannins. Very promising finish
