Vineyard Reserve. Cabernet Sauvignon
Manufacturer:
Toby Morhall
Tasting: Maipo Cabernet
Nose a little closed. Firm, palate. Fresh, possibly harvested early. Taut style, will benefit from a bit of bottle age. Designed to go with food.

Tasting: Maipo Cabernet
Leafy plum, hint of wild mint. Crunchy, juicy, fresh fruit. A tiny bit laboured on the finish – worked, perhaps – but love the freshness and drinkability here. Not the most profound.
Patricio Tapia
Tasting: Maipo Cabernet
On the fruity side of Cabernet, the warmer climate of Isla de Maipo gives a softer, rounder texture to the wine; the flavours feels sweet, but with a nice acidity and bones on the back to suppor that sweetness.
