S.R.S.
Manufacturer:
Andrew Jefford
Tasting: Western Australia Chardonnay
Green-gold. Oak is quite evident here, but very French, very classy. On the palate this is lively, long, given such richness as it has by the grain of the oak rather than the creaminess of the lees … plus of course a measure of pure, poised fruit. Slightly four-square at this stage, but give it time. Good raw material.

Tasting: Western Australia Chardonnay
Gooseberry on nose, savoury and clean on the palate, lovely textured finish, giving a clean but vibrant toasty vanilla roundness, lovely texture – especially love the brightness and texture, this would be great as an aperetif or with some Roast Free Range Chicken.

Tasting: Western Australia Chardonnay
Complex and elegant with nice barrel fermented notes. Mandarin and blood orange with lovely crisp acidity, medium aftertaste.
