John Forrest Collection
Manufacturer:
Melanie Brown
Tasting: New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc
Sweaty gooseberries and harsh wet stone finish. Texture is crunchy and feels remarkedly fresh considering its vintage. A touch of smokiness comes through at the end.
Roger Jones
Tasting: New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc
Strong on the nose. Cats pee and quite abbrassive, funky wine. Lots going on, rich textures and quite complex, but the nose is an issue for me.
Peter McCombie
Tasting: New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc
Mineral, waxy, textural style.
