Stephen Brook
Tasting: Crus Bourgeois 2010
Sweet and simple cherry nose. Light, fresh, simple, balanced and quite pretty, but lacks some substance and weight, though there are some tannins. Quite long, with a slight astringency on the finish.
Ronan Sayburn MS
Tasting: Crus Bourgeois 2010
Nose quite closed and dumb, bright acidity, cranberry tannins. Very fresh.
Steven Spurrier
Tasting: Crus Bourgeois 2010
Good deep colour, youthful rim, some florality on the nose, quite lifted Cabernet/Merlot fruit, nicely concentrated palate but also quite supple, oak and acidity still present, but already some charm and elegance, well-balanced wine.
