Stephen Brook
Tasting: Crus Bourgeois 2010
Ripe, minty, black cherry nose. Rich and dense, with good concentration and ripe tannins. The tannins give some austerity but the wine is refreshed by good acidity and seems well balanced. Sturdy and quite long, though it lacks some finesse.
Ronan Sayburn MS
Tasting: Crus Bourgeois 2010
Quite ripe and jammy nose, sweet ripe damson fruit, liquorice on the finish. Lacks some length
Steven Spurrier
Tasting: Crus Bourgeois 2010
Deep red, purple rim, concentrated berry fruit, quite broad and good depth, oak beginning to blend in, just a bit hollow in the middle, but a good modern Medoc.
