Stephen Brook
Tasting: Crus Bourgeois 2010
Solid, plummy, black fruits nose. Rich, suave, and concentrated, with moderate but sufficient acidity to keep it fresh and to balance the tannins. It doesn’t seem to develop on the palate but it has immediate appeal. Quite good length.
Ronan Sayburn MS
Tasting: Crus Bourgeois 2010
Nose light and closed, palate fresh and clean, bright fruit and good balance.
Steven Spurrier
Tasting: Crus Bourgeois 2010
Black-red colour with purple rim, distinctive Cabernet nose with elegant berry fruit, already quote floral and aromatic in the St Julien style, good concentration on the palate but also succulent and supple, with tannins to hold it, firm and elegant finish, a classy wine.
