Stephen Brook
Tasting: Crus Bourgeois 2010
Subdued blackberry nose. Rich and solid on the palate, with firm tannins and lively acidity. It’s not very nuanced or layered, but it has bags of fruit. Quite good length.
Ronan Sayburn MS
Tasting: Crus Bourgeois 2010
Earthy, little lactic, not much character, palate similar, high acidity and firm tannins without much fruit.
Steven Spurrier
Tasting: Crus Bourgeois 2010
Dense colour, young rim, nicely lifted red and black berry fruits, good supple/succulent fruit on the palate, nice touch of new oak, an elegant, well-structured and quite classy wine.
