Le Porusot
Manufacturer:
Stephen Brook
Tasting: Meursault 1er Cru 2010
Discreet oaky nose, apple compote. Rich and full, with sumptuous fruit and a good deal of oak, but it lacks some acidity and energy. A solid style, weighty and firm, and despite some minerality on the finish it lacks zest and decisiveness. Quite long.

Tasting: Meursault 1er Cru 2010
The nose is sweet and open. On the palate the wine is open with ripe exotic fruits and creamy oak, but not enough bite and zip for my liking.

Tasting: Meursault 1er Cru 2010
Rich, dry honey and yellow fruits on nose. Very ripe with natural acidity to hold it, but all a bit broad and up front. Quite good now but not much potential complexity.
