Les Charmes
Manufacturer:
Stephen Brook
Tasting: Meursault 1er Cru 2010
Rich, buttery stone fruits nose. Lush, juicy, rounded, with moderate acidity. It has some immediate fruit impact but then fades on the finish. It’s not flabby but it lacks flair and plays safe. Medium length.

Tasting: Meursault 1er Cru 2010
Clean and stony on the nose, some apricot fruit with smoky oak. The palate is rich and full bodied, with stone fruits and minerals. The oak dominates the other elements of this wine for me, but could improve.

Tasting: Meursault 1er Cru 2010
Rather phenolic, oak-influenced nose. Good structure and depth on the palate; still quite firm and vigourous with very good length that will show well in the future.
