Stephen Brook

Tasting: Napa & Sonoma Cabernet Sauvignon

Lightly smoky blackberry nose, rather reticent. Broad, quite opulent, has plenty of flesh and weight, but the acidity is rather fierce, as though some of the fruit was a bit under ripe. Quite long but the finish is somewhat dry and weedy.

Yohann Jousselin MS

Tasting: Napa & Sonoma Cabernet Sauvignon

A very rich style of Cabernet, the wine shows great complexity. Very fruit-driven with aromas of cooked black fruits.

David Motion

Tasting: Napa & Sonoma Cabernet Sauvignon

Dense nose of red cooked fruits and spice. Sweet and ripe. Rich and concentrated. Fleshy, sweet tannins. Showy and approachable. Juicy.
