Three Vineyards
Manufacturer:
Stephen Brook
Tasting: Napa & Sonoma Cabernet Sauvignon
Muted blackberry nose with a whiff of vanilla. Medium-bodied, relatively light for Dry Creek and this brings out the tannins and acidity, as there isn’t much concentration of fruit. A bit lean and stringy on the finish. Pleasant but lacks structure. Moderate length, a bit dry.

Tasting: Napa & Sonoma Cabernet Sauvignon
A very elegant and complex wine. Very aromatic with notes of fresh blackcurrant and plum followed by a hint of chocolate and a touch of freshness from the acidity. Alcohol very high.

Tasting: Napa & Sonoma Cabernet Sauvignon
Coffee bean aromas. A sense of chewy, extracted fruit. Slightly unformed at the moment. Needs time, but will the elements resolve?
