Solo
Manufacturer:
Stephen Brook
Tasting: Napa & Sonoma Cabernet Sauvignon
Slightly herbaceous, blackcurrant nose, which gives it some coolness and elegance. Medium-bodied, a graceful style without too much extraction though it doesn’t lack structure. There’s a fine balance between fruit, acidity, and grip, and although rather raw now, it should evolve well. Good length.

Tasting: Napa & Sonoma Cabernet Sauvignon
Great freshness through some notes of eucalyptus. Great complexity and balance.

Tasting: Napa & Sonoma Cabernet Sauvignon
Cooler nose of blue fruits and a touch of orange zest. Soft, smooth, round fruit. Fleshy.
