Château Bardins 2014

A good quality estate of 9ha from the Sigoyer family. This vintage is made from a blend of 25% Cabernet Franc, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon, 50% Merlot, with 25% new oak for one year of barrel ageing. Crunchy fine fruits, good extraction that today makes the wine a little tight, but the fruit provides a lovely balance and there is good potential here.
