As with the red, they are consciously going for a polished finish, this has stone fruits with gourmet brioche and croissant flake. Owned by the von Neipperg family of Canon la Gaffelière in St-Emilion, an even blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon, vinified in stainless steel then aged on lees for nine months.
