La Gambergia
Manufacturer:
Andrea Bricarello
Tasting: Barbera d’Alba
Sour cherry and pomegranate nose with hints of leather and oxidation. Intense and spicy with lots of layers of red fruits and gripping acidity. Big and chunky. Slightly tart finish with firm tannins.

Tasting: Barbera d’Alba
Very deep red. Rich toasty black-cherry nose. Broad and lavish, very fruity, but a touch heavy. There is decent acidity but not quite enough to lift the wine and give it freshness. The finish is very oaky and a bit hot.
Ian D'Agata
Tasting: Barbera d’Alba
Deep red. rich aromas of ripe red cherry, tobacco, strawberry tart and cloves on the complex nose. Then very suave and rich, but with lots of oak to go along with pure red fruit and sweet spice aromas complicated by fresh herbs. Finishes smooth with good length, vibrant acids and plenty of oaky nuances.
