Vigna del Cuculo, Superiore
Manufacturer:
Andrea Bricarello
Tasting: Barbera d’Alba
Savoury nose with lots of ripe concentrated plump red fruits. Rich and rustic with firm tannins and bright acidity.

Tasting: Barbera d’Alba
Opaque red. Dense oaky nose, a bit tarry. Broad, juicy, quite sweet, and could be fatiguing despite the acidity. Assertive and disjointed, and not sure it will harmonise, as it will always retain this overripe character. Quite good length.
Ian D'Agata
Tasting: Barbera d’Alba
Deep ruby. Sweet ripe black fruit aromas and flavours with hints of ink, violet and stones. Finishes with a floral note and very good sweetness.
