Annunziata
Manufacturer:
Andrea Bricarello
Tasting: Barbera d’Alba
Moka and chocolate nose. Beefy with pockets of red flowers. Vibrant acidity and spicy towards the end.
Stephen Brook
Tasting: Barbera d’Alba
Dense blackberry. Fresh oaky and spicy aromas over ripe black fruits. Reasonable balance with vanilla toned fruit flavours and a fair finish. A bit run of the mill.
Ian D'Agata
Tasting: Barbera d’Alba
Deep purple with inky tinges. Smoky aromas complement balsamic pine needles, cocoa and plum aromas. Then very fresh and almost tart with peppery flavours of red and dark fruit that have an almost lemony zing and an almost tannic bite.
