Trediberri
Manufacturer:
Andrea Bricarello
Tasting: Barbera d’Alba
Reduced on the first nose. Chocolate and spice with dark morello cherries. Lacks of finesse and length. bit flabby.
Stephen Brook
Tasting: Barbera d’Alba
Dense, youthful blackberry. Full and concentrated with forward red and blue fruit aromas. Ripe and full with good intensity of butterscotch-tinged berry fruit flavours. Fragrant and balanced: a stylish modern=styled Barbera.
Ian D'Agata
Tasting: Barbera d’Alba
Purple-ruby. Inky graphite and blueberries on the youthfully sexy nose. Then clean and fresh, with juicy blackberry, blueberry and coffee flavours that coat the palate and last. A finishing note of coffee liqueur lingers impressively. Very good, and this can improve further with a couple of years in the bottle.
