Cave de Tain
Manufacturer:

Tasting: Crozes-Hermitage 2010
Bright cherry nose, has intensity, but these aromas are atypical. Rich, plump, juicy, rounded, plush and forward, but kicked into life by good acidity. Accessible now but has the structure and grip to keep going and evolve further. Mocha on the finish.

Tasting: Crozes-Hermitage 2010
Youthful in hue, with expressive red and black fruits vying for attention on the nose; palate is broad and rounded, with just the vaguest hint of over-extraction. Long and assertive, this agrable wine has well defined acidity and rounded tannins.

Tasting: Crozes-Hermitage 2010
Cooked plum front air, with a thyme, hay, spring flower scenting – a gentle start. The palate is well made up, all in harmony, the fruit rolling along well throughout. Good drinkability, and easy, effortless length. Soft finale, which is also pretty complete.
