La Chasseliere
Manufacturer:

Tasting: Crozes-Hermitage 2010
Very spicy nose, blueberries & plums, vibrant. Fine attack, concentrated & lively, with mint & pepper on the aftertaste. Not heavy or forced, but has a welcome lightness of touch. Nimble. Lacks a little persistence but fresh & zesty.

Tasting: Crozes-Hermitage 2010
Smoky, bacon, red fruit aroma with black fruit and tea. Fine attack, concentrated & lively, with mint & pepper on the after taste. Not heavy or forced, but has a welcome lightness of touch.

Tasting: Crozes-Hermitage 2010
Smoky, bacon, red fruit aroma that is reserved for now, can express more openly. The palate fruit is crunchy, the tannins a bit stiff and oak influenced. Not yet free of its cellar work, needs 15 months to integrate and soften. Fair juice on aftertaste, so can ease.
