Le Millepertuis
Manufacturer:
Stephen Brook
Tasting: Crozes-Hermitage 2010
Smoky nose, whiff of rubber tyres, gamey. Broad, opulent, sleek and concentrated, has some tension and rigour if not much depth of flavour. Integrated tannins. But let down by a slight lack of acidity and flair. moderate length.

Tasting: Crozes-Hermitage 2010
Generous colour and attractive nose of berry fruit, spice and herbs. The palate is broad and generous with finely etched tannins, firm acidity and real potential for development. Slighlty drying notes will soften with time and the weight of fruit will take precendence.

Tasting: Crozes-Hermitage 2010
Careful bouquet, offers a quiet fragrance, a stewed side to its fruit, muddy, bit earthy. Palate delivers expansive fruit with a plump heart, is a jolly do. Good drinkability, as Crozes should be. Tannins are well absorbed, add just a discreet extra depth. Ends on the red berries, uncomplicated, no false moments.
