Tradition
Manufacturer:
Rosemary George
Tasting: Languedoc
Deep colour. Ripe spicy liqueur cherry nose. Rounded fruit. A light tannic streak but easy and ripe.
Andrew Jefford
Tasting: Languedoc
Lush purple-red. Zippy, sweet and fresh: nice young red-fruit scents. Juicy, boisterous and sweetly fruited, but with some of the innate complexity of its origins behind it. Carbonic mac? Anyway, completely delicious young Languedoc wine for hasty drinking.
Simon Taylor
Tasting: Languedoc
Hint of drains on the nose. Very soft – ?carbonic macreation. Juicy and bright, but little regional character.
