Acutum
Manufacturer:
Rosemary George
Tasting: Languedoc
Deep young colour, quite firm structured oak on nose . Quite solid palate – quite rich but tannic finish spoils it.
Andrew Jefford
Tasting: Languedoc
Deep black-red. A little raisiny here, with rather dry cereal-grain scents. Deep, searching, forceful, somewhat dry, without a huge amount of fruit bonding to the extract. Hurry along to drink this. All the same, it has plenty of power, depth and force to it.
Simon Taylor
Tasting: Languedoc
Lifted, currant and menthol scent – and consistent on the palate, all cassis tempered by mint. Refined, not overdone, though plenty of oak influence.
