Tasting: Coonawarra & Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon
Nose of fresh spelt bread. Deep, intense luxury fruit on palate which gives way to a lovely hint of vanilla brioche. Cherries come through on palate with a touch of sour but in a good way Clean, fresh tannins, still has a way to go. It will change constantly so a really good trail to follow.

Tasting: Coonawarra & Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon
Deep & bright. Toasty new oak, discreet/closed, oak dominating. Chocolatey fruit, very extracted, dense palate, oaky, heavy. Modern.
Anthony Rose
Tasting: Coonawarra & Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon
Deep youthful colour, nice fresh bright cassis and black cherry on the nose, good ripe sweet black cherry fruit concentration with vigorous, youthfully chunky tannins, spicy liquoricey undertones and firm, cleansing finish in an attractively sinewy structure.
