Stephen Brook

Tasting: St. Aubin 2011

Opulent apricot nose, quite toasty. Rich, full-bodied, and quite concentrated, with some depth of fruit. The acidity is modest but this still has structure and some persistence.

Jason Haynes

Tasting: St. Aubin 2011

Very chalky. Again quite strong acid. Could have more weight on the finish?

Steven Spurrier

Tasting: St. Aubin 2011

Fullish yellow green, marked yellow fruits on the nose and quite phenolic and rich on the palate, alcohol dominates and spoils the fruit.
