Tasting: St. Aubin 2011

 Pleasant lime nose. Fairly sweet attack, supple, rounded, accessible, but lacks some structure and energy. Easy-going and fairly short.

 Sappy oak nose. But not heavy. Just seems a touch mute at the moment.

Yellow green, yellow fruits on the palate with some stone fruit to lift it, very good clarity and slightly stony depth, more grip than expected from St. Aubin, very good length and very good future.
