Tasting: St. Aubin 2011

 Mild apricot nose. Soft, juicy, quite broad and fleshy, with ample upfront fruitiness. There is light acidity but not enough to give much structure or staying power. Medium length.

 Some sappiness but plenty of fruit. Very attractive attack. Quite cultured fruit flavours. Rounded and accessibly but not heavy.

Fullish lemon yellow, quite rich and pronounced dry honey flavours, good lemony acidity and good fruit to balance this, but overall a bit heavy and rich.
