Richard Hemming

Tasting: UK Sparkling

Generous, ripe fruit. Modern, fruit-centric style. Super balance and poise. Immediate and gratifying, but lacks the yeastiness and persistence of the best examples.

Justin Howard-Sneyd

Tasting: UK Sparkling

Delicate pale yellow, with fine mousse. Evocative floral nose, with true hints of the red grape aroma. Really delightful and delicious, even slightly frivolous, with lots to recommend it as a wine to quaff at weddings in the summer. It is young, but made to be drunk young.

Stephen Skelton

Tasting: UK Sparkling

Neutral nose. Palate rather dominated by sweetness and fruit not shining through. I wonder what clones these were? Quite good balance on the finish with enough RS to soften the acidity.
