The Lyre
Manufacturer:
Andrew Jefford
Tasting: Tasmania & Victoria Pinot Noir
Very ripe red fruits here, with creamy sweet spices; an exuberant aroma, though I’m not sure I’d guess Pinot. Tangy, light, slightly keroseney palate, by contrast, which I struggle to enjoy. A puzzling wine.

Tasting: Tasmania & Victoria Pinot Noir
Bit of a fruit bomb as you take the first sip, still lots of tannin here, well balanced, definitely whole bunch pressing, multi- layered with fresh fruit hitting each layer between the savoury tannins.
Alessandro Marchesan
Tasting: Tasmania & Victoria Pinot Noir
Rich, pronounced, extracted nose of raspberries and mint. Full bodied with sturdy acidity and long, spicy aftertaste, with minty notes all the way through.
