Tasting: UK Sparkling

Quite exotic fruit here, with some oxidative orange peel hints – quite advanced maturity. Not massively autolytic. Losing fruit freshness.

Justin Howard-Sneyd

Tasting: UK Sparkling

A deep gold colour, with bubbles that have faded a little.Showing signs of maturity, and possibly of overmaturity, there is nevertheless a good deal of richness here, ripe, peachy fruit, and gentle bread and toast characters, without perhaps that core of acidity needed to keep it fresh.

Stephen Skelton

Tasting: UK Sparkling

Showing signs of age on the nose and palate. Quite dark. Nose quite developed with good yeasty notes. Palate full, round, with aged acidity, balanced by good level of RS. Full on the finish, but slightly watery right at the end. Overall impression is one of a slightly tired wine.
