Tasting: Soave

Bright straw. Long clean crisp fresh. Mint, chlorophyll, thyme, apricot. persistent and juicy, but with a hint of finishing bitterness, which seems to increase as the wine sits in the glass.

Pale silver straw. Full and pungent. Hot and herby, full and ripe with heavy fruit flavours; sage and pineapple notes but lacks lift.

Light, delicate fruit on the nose with a hint of honey. Fresh and has a surprisingly richer texture than the nose would suggest. Mid length and finishes clean.
