I Boschetti
Manufacturer:
Ian D'Agata
Tasting: Soave
Bright golden straw yellow. Cinnamon vanilla passion fruit and candied pear on the sweet nose. Sweet on the palate as well with ripe apple, pear syrup sweet spices on the palate. Good but I’m not sure anybody would ever recognize this as a Soave so what’s the point? Finishes with a tangy spiciness.

Tasting: Soave
Pale lemon gold. Fresh and intense with pungent floral/herbal aromas and a hint of minerals and creamy oak. Toffeed fruit flavours with zingy mint aromas.

Tasting: Soave
Perfumed and a little bit of toffee. Creamy. Very odd marmalade and oak flavours which do not make for a pleasing combination to my taste. Best left on the shelf – especially if expensive which I imagine this will be.
