I Tarai
Manufacturer:
Ian D'Agata
Tasting: Soave
Bright yellow. Strong whiff of oak initially then more herbal and with very good depth of fruit on both nose and palate. A rare case of where the oak does not dominate the Garganega fruit. Long, savoury clean and well done.
Michael Garner
Tasting: Soave
Pale lemon gold. Zingy and herbal with pretty, peachy aromas. Round, ripe and full with developed nutty and citrussy flavours; fleshy and juicy with good acidity and length to finish.
Jane Hunt MW
Tasting: Soave
Has a smooth and lightly nutty nose with a hint of toffee. Bitter flavour and finish and lacks any kind of elegance. Rather raw textured.
