Artemis Karamolegos, Santorini, 2012

Santorini

Score

86
  • Grape Variety: Assyrtiko
  • Drink: 2013 - 2019

Manufacturer:

Artemis Karamolegos

Sarah Jane Evans MW

Tasting: Greek Assyrtiko

Still young and a little closed, aromatics of fresh cut herbs, green tea, with citrus. Palate is ripe with sweet fruits suggesting kiwi or cape gooseberry. Texture is a little tannic, and the finish is long but uneven, with alcohol standing apart.

Nico Manessis

Tasting: Greek Assyrtiko

White flowers. Honey. Lemon sherbet fresh notes. Elegance.

Igor Sotric

Tasting: Greek Assyrtiko

Slightly dusty, with herbal, tea, apples, grapefruit and citrus notes.
