Domaine Georges Mugneret-Gibourg
Manufacturer:
Stephen Brook
Tasting: Vosne-Romanee 2010
Very ripe cherry and raspberry nose, close to overripe but not actually jammy; indeed rather succulent with some attractive oak. Medium-bodied, not especially concentrated, but fresher than the nose, with lively acidity.Not much complexity or depth here, but crisp, fruity, and has charm. Long.

Tasting: Vosne-Romanee 2010
medium red-brown;
light, clean fresh fruit;
light fruit, clean, with fresh finish, balanced.

Tasting: Vosne-Romanee 2010
Prettily perfumed, quite soft and plump, fair amount of new oak showing. Behind this the fruit is elegant and classy as Vosne should be. Mixed red fruit on the palate, lively acidity entirely in balance, no intrusive tannins and the oak integrates relatively well.Good persistence, a decent example.
