Lupe-Cholet
Manufacturer:
Stephen Brook
Tasting: Vosne-Romanee 2010
Smoky cherry nose, a touch stewed. medium-bodied, delciate, understated with moderate concentration and some appealing acidity. But there’s not much depth or drive here, and the mid-palate is rather rigid and astringent. May well improve and loosen up with a bit more bottle age. Quite long.

Tasting: Vosne-Romanee 2010
purple-garnet of medium depth, lovely rich colour;
fine fruit, with complexity;
full start, well-structured, tannins and acidity are present on the finish in good balance.

Tasting: Vosne-Romanee 2010
Deepish colour with slightly intrusive oak dominating the bouquet. Some chocolatey notes to the fruit which hovers on the edge of being cooked. Not really my style of vinification.
