Calgardup Brook
Manufacturer:
Andrew Jefford
Tasting: Western Australia Chardonnay
Lemon gold. A lovely lemon-meringue pie nose to this: meringue, lemon, pastry and all. On the palate, the wine is deep, searching, more acidic than all that aromatic sweetness suggested it would be, and tapers away to a tangy finish.

Tasting: Western Australia Chardonnay
Wow this is exciting – lots of lovely feminine fruit and voluptuous flavours, quite sweet on first impression and maybe needs time to balance, delicate oak and a lovely lingering wine, after a while I get a lovely soft creamy aftertaste. A very attractive wine with elegance and hidden power, will age well.

Tasting: Western Australia Chardonnay
Buttery oaky nose with mango and melon notes, crisp acidity, rich ripe citrus fruit on the palate and long crisp aftertaste.
