Dense, saturated purple colour, plump black fruit juiciness, bitter chocolate richness balances the fruit compote, bramble jam impression on the palate. Powerful and big. Quite impressive.

Very meaty, wild, original, with some plum and blueberry notes. Slight savia aromas. Uniquely mencía. Balanced, not very finely grained, open, a bit too warm, and alcoholic. Nice expression but a bit loose in structure.
