Tasting: Tasmania & Victoria Pinot Noir
Some oak here, but the cherry fruits fight their corner convincingly, too. Vivid, fresh, lively palate. The fruit is slender but has good inner energy and poise. There are some tannins to add a little gastronomic gravitas. Some sinewiness apparent at the very end.

Lovely aged cedar nose of an English garden. Lovely acidity to the fruit, quite full but still delicate, very clean wild mountain strawberries – feel the fresh mountain air in this wine.

Tasting: Tasmania & Victoria Pinot Noir
Rich and intense nose with raspberry fruit character. Round and juicy, not very varietal, but a good wine with a lot of ripe forest fruit. Medium-long aftertaste.
