Tasting: Marlborough Pinot Noir
Smoky, savoury, spicy; generously fruity, straightforward, sturdy, with a dry decent finish.

Tasting: Marlborough Pinot Noir
Authentic Pinot farmyard aromas! Dried strawberry and truffle on palate, with persistant minerality, marred by a slight reductive note – brick rubble and crushed stone. Oaky but attractive. Texture is silky, with delicate tannins. Alcohol scarcely notices, and acidity feels natural and fresh. Very long finish.

Tasting: Marlborough Pinot Noir
Full, open nose of ripe raspberry and cherry fruit and vanilla-scented oak, but with slightly funky reduction. Full-bodied, expressive, succulent fruit on palate – very Pinot Noir – but rather swamped by the oak. Very full-on. Not for those who like an elegant style, but will improve over a couple of years as the oak retreats.
