Entries for this year's Decanter World Wine Awards are now open.
With over 12,000 wines entered last year, The Decanter World Wine Awards is the world’s largest international wine competition.
Under chairman Steven Spurrier, the wines are judged by the experts from 25 different countries, including one-fifth of the world’s Masters of Wine.
On the opening of the 2012 Decanter World Wine Awards, Decanter publishing director and Awards founder Sarah Kemp said, ‘2012 is a very exciting year for the Decanter World Wine Awards. ‘Decanter is the name trusted and followed by wine lovers everywhere and we look forward to introducing the 2012 winners to a keen audience of wine enthusiasts.’
