Asda, The Dot Malbec, Mendoza, Argentina, 2016

This Malbec has bold scents of violet and vanilla-infused wood, leading into a mouthful of plummy red fruits. It is big and vibrant, with a floral lift from that violet character again, joined by some alcohol warmth. A fair example of Mendoza Malbec, and a wine that will stand up to big flavours.
