A landmark wine among Argentine Cabernet Francs, this is made with grapes from Gualtallary, demonstrating the potential of the variety and high-altitude wines in general. Mixed with a 10% dash of Malbec and aged in foudres for 17 months, it’s ruby red in the glass with a nose of red and dark fruit, wild herbs and pepper. In the mouth it’s free-flowing with good body, freshness and juicy tannins.
