Bodega Atamisque, Vicomte De Rochebouët Extra Brut, Uco

This wine was created by Jean-Edouard de Rochebouët, French-born and living in Argentina. Made with fruit from Tupungato vineyards located at 1,300m, mainly Chardonnay with a smaller proportion of Pinot Noir. One year on the lees following secondary fermentation. It is enticingly complex and seductive, with wonderful aromas of grapefruit, white peaches, ripe melons and brioche. On the palate it displays lovely ripe and rich fruit, a creamy texture and wonderful balancing freshness to help maintain its finesse.
