Drinking Window: 2022 - 2030
This refined, substantial red blend made by David Bonomi using grapes from the Uco Valley (60% Malbec and 40% Cabernet Franc) was barrel-aged for a year. A rich violet colour in the glass, the nose offers ripe red and dark fruit, wild herbs, spices and hints of menthol. Rich and structured with a chalky texture, fine tannins and a juicy finish, it’ll be lovely with barbecued lamb.
