Made by Thibault Lepoutre, this blend of 70% Malbec and 30% Cot is a pure expression of Chacayes, one of the most exciting corners of the Uco Valley. Unaged with no added sulphites, it’s a vivid purple in the glass with aromas of plum, blackberry, redcurrant, pepper, mountain herbs and violets. Energetic and full of flavour with refined tannins, the finish is lively and refreshing.
